Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SVG to PNG Converter (svg2png.app), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SVG to PNG Converter for personal and commercial image conversion purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the service's source code or materials
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the service to upload malicious files or content that violates third-party rights

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SVG to PNG Converter at any time.

Service Description

SVG to PNG Converter provides an online tool for converting SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files to various raster image formats including PNG, JPEG, WebP, and AVIF. The service includes features such as batch conversion, custom sizing, color inversion, and quality controls.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Only upload files that you own or have permission to convert
• Not upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Not attempt to overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Not use automated tools or bots to abuse the service
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

File Upload and Processing

When you upload files to our service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to process these files for the sole purpose of providing the conversion service. We do not claim ownership of your files, and all intellectual property rights remain with you.

Files are automatically deleted from our servers after conversion is complete. We do not store, share, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the conversion service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. We are not liable for any loss of data.

Usage Limitations

To ensure fair usage and service availability for all users, we implement the following limitations:

• Maximum file size: 10MB per file
• Maximum batch size: 50 files per conversion
• Rate limiting may be applied to prevent abuse

We reserve the right to modify these limitations at any time. Users who consistently exceed reasonable usage limits may be temporarily or permanently blocked from using the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of conversion results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SVG to PNG Converter or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SVG to PNG Converter operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
